An amber coloured English Barlewine with aromatic malt flavor, balanced bitterness and mild hop aroma from the classic East kent Goldings and Challenger hops.

Fermentation
This ale is best fermented at a temperature of 18°C. Recommended temperature range is 17-20°C. Feel free to use, for example, a fermenter cooler or temperature-controlled refrigerator to keep the fermenter vessel temperature correct.
How long does it take?
The actual brewing takes about 4 hours. Then the beer should ferment for 2-4 weeks, then it is bottled and bottled for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed!
What equipment do I need at home?
Brewery (20L or more) or other brewing equipment for crushed malt, saucepan / leachate 10-20L, ladle, granulated sugar, container 1-2L, spice and deciliter measures, bottle filler, disinfectant, capillary, fermenter with and without tap. Brown empty bottles (approx. 28 33cl per 10 liters of beer) are only needed when the beer is to be bottled 14 days after the brewing day.
