Cantina 5-day Red Country Wine
The wine set for the production of 21 liters of regular Italian table wine found in Tuscany. With the Sangiovese grape as the base, the wine gets a robust character and a deep red color. The batch produces a dry, medium-sized wine with low oxygen content. The wine can be drunk immediately after fermentation is complete, but gains in 1-2 months of storage.
