DOC's Nebbiolo 23L 14% Wine Kit

DOC's complete grape wine kits need no added sugar and give 23L finished wine with as much as 14% alcohol content. This is the grape variety in the famous wines from Piedmont in northern Italy. The grape only grows here, it is an extreme variety that has proven almost impossible to grow elsewhere. The wines become very full-bodied, but the taste of gooseberries, violet and hints of licorice. Best after storage, preferably a few months.
