A bright American Pale Ale (APA) with fruity and floral flavor of blood grape, mandarin and apricot from the American Amarillo hops. Dry Hopping gives lovely aroma.

- Malt: Spray Dried Malt (Extract malt)
- Yeast: American Ale
- Fining agent: Protafloc
- pH adjustment: Lactic acid

Fermentation
This ale is best fermented at a temperature of 18°C. The recommended temperature range is 17-21°C. Please use something like a brewbag or temperature controlled refrigerator to keep the temperature under controll.
How long does it take?
The brewing itself takes about 2 hours. Then the beer should be fermented for 2 weeks, then it is bottled and bottle primed for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed!
What equipment do I have to have at home?
10-15L kettle or Brewery or other brewing equipment, ladle, powdered sugar, containers 1-2L, bottle filler, sanitizer, fermenter with and without tap. Empty bottles (about 28st 33cl per 10 liters of beer) are needed only when the beer is to be bottled 14 days after the brew day.
