Brew great beer at home
Extract Recipe Kit 10L is for those who have a brewery, kettle or other brewing equipment at home. You learn how to brew great beer from scratch with extract malt (dried), hops, yeast and water. The recipe kit is 10 liters and gives about 28 pcs 33cl bottles/cans of beer.

- Hops: Fuggle
- Malt: Spray Dried Malt (Extract malt), Caramel Amber (crushed with muslin bag)
- Yeast: Lager W34/70
- Fining agent: Protafloc
- pH adjustment: Lactic acid
- Crown Caps: Black caps are included

Fermentation
This beer is best fermented at a temperature of 16-18°C. The recommended temperature range is 15-19°C. Please use something like a brewbag or temperature controlled refrigerator to keep the temperature under controll.

How long does it take?
The brewing itself takes about 2 hours. Then the beer should be fermented for 2 weeks, then it is bottled and bottle primed for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed!

What equipment do I have to have at home?
10-15L kettle or Brewery or other brewing equipment, ladle, powdered sugar, containers 1-2L, bottle filler, sanitizer, fermenter with and without tap. Empty bottles (about 28st 33cl per 10 liters of beer) are needed only when the beer is to be bottled 14 days after the brew day.
