The recipe kit is 20 liters and gives about 56 bottles/cans 33cl of beer.   East Coast IPA 6.5% A hazy, fruity IPA with low bitterness and lovely flavor of citrus and tropical fruits from the Citra and Mosaic hops. The beer is heavily Dry Hopped with 10g/L for amazing aroma. The Recipe kit contains:- Hop: Citra, Mosaic- Dry hopping: Yes - Malt (crushed) : Pale Ale, Caramel Pils- Yeast: English Ale - Fining agent: Protafloc - pH adjustment: Lactic acid - Caps: Black caps are included - Brewing manual and Recipe (Grainfather XML file is available upon request and in your profile for download) Contains barley malt.  Fermentation This ale is best fermented at a temperature of 18°C. The recommended temperature range is 17-21°C. Please use something like a brewbag or temperature controlled refrigerator to keep the temperature under controll.   How long does it take? The brewing itself takes about 4 hours. Then the beer should be fermented for 2 weeks, then it is bottled and bottle primed for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed!

West Coast IPA 6,5% Recipe Kit 10L

Ascorbic acid, also called Vitamin C, is used to prevent oxidation in drinks (approx. 0.2g/L) and preserve mash, jam or marmalade, take 0.5 - 1 krm per kilo of fruit (1 krm=1 spice measure = approx. 1 g) . To get an even distribution, it's good to stir it into a small part of the mash/jam/marmalade first and then stir it in with the rest.You can also mix ascorbic acid with water to drink to increase the intake of vitamin C.  In beer, use in mash and/or with dry hopping to svoid oxidation:- Mash: Add to mash in the beginning of mashing. - Dry Hopping Add along with hops during dry hopping (DO NOT STIRR or aggitate the beer, this would increase oxidation in the prescence of oxygen).Recommended dosage is 0.1g/L, i.e. 1g for 10L (1 spice measure) and 2g for 20L (2 spice measures) in both mash and dry hops.
