DOC's Lambretto 23L 14% Wine Kit

DOC's complete grape wine kits need no added sugar and give 23L finished wine with as much as 14% alcohol content. Lambretto wines are usually made by blending different Italian grapes. Many of the wines are bottled a little sweet so that carbon dioxide develops in the bottles, but our Lambretto is a drier and fuller variant of this Italian table wine.

We only use noble grape varieties to produce DOC's wine batches and with as much as 8 kg of raw material and special yeast that brings out the grape's character, we produce real quality wines in class with their commercial equivalents.

Ingredients:
Grape juice concentrate, sugar, water, preservative E223, Grapefruit, Yeast (E223, E202), Silica, Chitosan.
Allergens: contains sulfides and products based on shellfish.
