Zappa is an aroma hop of the species Humulus Lupulus Neo Mexicanus. It was found in the mountains of New Mexico, so it was a wild hop that now has been tamed and is exclusively grown by CLS Farms in Yakima Valley.Suitable for beers where you want a distinct fruit taste, for example APA and IPA.Zappa was first launched in 2018.
