You will learn how to brew great beer from scratch with real malt, hops, yeast and water. The recipe kit is 20 liters and gives about 56 pcs 33cl bottlesbeer. Classic English Barleywine 8,5%An amber coloured English Barlewine with lovely malt flavor from the Maris Otter malt, balanced bitterness and mild hop aroma from the English Challenger hops.This Recipe Kit includes:- Humle: Challenger- Malt (Crushed): Maris Otter, Crystal- Yeast: English Ale (2pcs)- Clarifying agent: Protafloc- pH-adjustment: Lactic acid- Caps: Black caps are included- Brewing Manual and Recipe (Grainfather XML-file available upon request)Contains BARLEY malt.Fermentation This ale is best fermented at a temperature of 18°C. How long does it take? The actual brewing takes about 4 hours. Then the beer should ferment for 2-4 weeks, then it is bottled and bottled for another 2 weeks. A total of 4 weeks, then the beer is ready to be enjoyed! What equipment do I need at home? Brewery (20L or more) or other brewing equipment for crushed malt, saucepan / leachate 10-20L, ladle, granulated sugar, container 1-2L, spice and deciliter measures, bottle filler, disinfectant, capillary, fermenter with and without tap. Brown empty bottles (approx. 28 33cl per 10 liters of beer) are only needed when the beer is to be bottled 14 days after the brewing day.
